When you sign up, we collect your email and the business information you enter (business name, phone, address). As you use CrewRhythm, you enter your own customers' information — names, contact details, service addresses, and job history — which is yours, not ours.
Your data runs your account: scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and the client portal you offer your own customers. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train anything.
Card payments run through Stripe, under your own connected Stripe account — we never see or store card numbers. Transactional email (invoice links, sign-in links, receipts) is sent through Resend. Application data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL).
Export everything — every customer, job, quote, and invoice — as CSV files anytime from Settings → Account. Delete your account and everything tied to it is removed.
